Some quotes I would like to share with you:
"That death doesn't just take someone, it all lives intersect. That death
doesn't just take someone, it misses someone else, and in the small distance
between being taken and being missed, lives are changed."
"...No life is a waste,...The only time we waste is the time we spend
thinking we are alone..."
"..."Dying? not the end of everything. We think it is. But what happens on
earth is only the beginning."..."
"...Sacrifice is a part of life. It's supposed to be. It's not something to
regret. It's something to aspire to... That's the thing. Sometimes when you
sacrifice something precious, you're not really losing it. You're just passing
it on to someone else."
"Holding anger is a poison. It eats you from inside. We think that hating
is a weapon that attacks the peron who harmed us. But hatred is a curved blade.
And the harm we do, we do to ourselves."
"Lost love is still love... it takes a different form, that's all. You
can't see their smile or bring them food or tousle their hair or move them
around a dance floor. But when those senses weaken, another heightens. Memory.
Memory becomes your partner. You nurture it. You hold it. You dance with
it..."
"Life has to end... but Love doesn't."
I sometimes get really lost that the person I love the most who regrets his life a lot. Whatever he does, he blames to himself not doing the best he could be. A life full of angers and regrets is actually effecting the lives around it. I sometimes feel so tired to tell him how great he did. He doesn't understand. When he looks at himself, he thinks he is not doing his best to his brothers and sisters; he is unhappy that he can't help his little son; he is upset of what has happened. On the other hand, when I look at him, I see a person who gives out his best to his brothers, sisters and his family; I see a great Dad who loves his children to death. This is my honor to have such great person with full of blessings from God around me.
When I was reading the book, I thought of him a lot. I didn't understand why so many regrets in his life. How should I help him? Where should I start? He is full of LOVE. The only thing I can do is to pray for him everyday. Pray to Lord to take care of him, open his heart to the light, learn how to love himself and let me share God's love to him. More positive he is, better influrence he has to his friends, brothers and sisters and especially, his family.
"Hey, I would not let you slip away from Heaven. See you there in the future. Remember, "what happens on earth is only the beginning..." Haahaaha! God send me to bug you to open your heart to HIM. =)"
