靈修越多，就越有耐性去忍耐別人，越愛別人。靈修越多，就更願意接觸從前不愛或不願接觸的人。"

We need to drink a lot of water bcoz to wash out the waste in our body; we should learn how to wash out the sins from inside us by learning more and more God's words.
